January Diffuser Blends

For beginners, diffusing essential oils is one of the easiest ways to start incorporating aromatherapy into your daily routine. To help you get started I have created a bunch of diffuser blends that I will be sharing with you each month throughout the year.

To kick off the new year I have created blends to help boost your immunity, energize and uplift you, and purify the air.

Before we get started, here is a breakdown of each blend…

  • Immune Boost, with Lavender, Thyme ct. linalool, and Ravintsara, will help purify the air to keep germs at bay and open your breath so you can breathe easier. It also provides a little extra support to your immune system by helping to keep you relaxed and your mood up.
  • Clean & Clear is all about keeping the air in your home fresh and clean. It features Eucalyptus, Grapefruit, Juniper Berry, and Rosemary – all of which are great for purifying the air in your home to keep your family healthy throughout the winter.
  • The Bright Side will help uplift you when dreary weather and shorter days can zap you of your energy and joy. With bright Lime, refreshing Lemongrass, and euphoric Ylang Ylang this blend is sure to lift your spirits.
  • Fresh Start is the perfect way to start the day! With energizing Peppermint, stress-reducing Lavender, and cheery, optimistic Lemon you will be on your way to having a great day.

Happy New Year and happy diffusing!
