Do you hate public speaking or feel awkward and shy in social situations? Do you get so nervous you can’t remember what you wanted to say? Or do you feel self conscious and start to overthink everything you say and do?
I think we’ve all been there once or twice and it’s the worst! Luckily, we have essential oils to help.
Today I want to share a perfume recipe that you can easily whip up. It will give you just the right mix of confidence and focus you need during those moments.
What’s in it?
- Patchouli essential oil is grounding, reduces nervous tension, and calms overthinking to help us focus. Perfect for gathering our thoughts in stressful times.
- Jasmine essential oil helps diminish feelings of fear, releases inhibitions, and helps us feel comfort within ourselves. Just the thing we need to squash those self conscious feelings and put ourselves out there!
- Clove Bud essential oil gives us confidence and self assurance.
- Vanilla infused jojoba oil has a warm and comforting scent. I like the hint of vanilla this oil adds to this blend. You can definitely substitute plain jojoba if you’d prefer.
The aroma of this blend is spicy, warm, floral, and a bit sweet. A little goes a long way.
