Scent and memory are closely related. They can trigger memories, both happy and sad. When you smell an oil take note in how it makes you feel. If you hate a scent, by all means, don’t use it! Aromatherapy is a total mind, body, spirit experience. I feel, that if you force yourself into using something that you hate, you will not get the full benefits of the oil.
If you’re not crazy about the scent of the featured oil one month, but are drawn to its physical or emotional benefits, please feel free to contact me and I will help you find the one that is right for you.
